About our 1:1 Trauma Coaching Program

Tailored as a pay as you go coaching and mentorship to create healthy habits in your life.

$333 a month - 6 month commitment

What to expect:

Although each trauma coaching session will look different for every warrior, we’re sharing some examples of what you might experience in your trauma coaching session.

What we typically work through:

  • Onboarding you into Inspired Warrior Project

  • Overcoming mental blocks though cognitive flexibility to shift your way of thinking

  • Tools for self care - as we work some hard stuff, these tools are very necessary.

  • Walking through and setting SMART goals

  • Nutrition and fitness goals to implement into SMART

  • Meet bi-weekly to assess and reevaluate habits and adjust accordingly..
