About Inspired Warrior Project
Fostering empowerment, healing & growth for ALL of society’s warriors – men, women, couples, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ individuals alike – we’re stronger TOGETHER.
Meet Our Founder, Kass
Kass is a loving, understanding, and driven person who aims to allow others to be vulnerable and honest with themselves.
Through speaking she shares her feelings, emotions, moments of trauma, relationships, break-ups, domestic violence, and past sex abuse with hopes of helping just ONE individual. Kass strives to build a ripple effect in empowering the community, perceptions along with personal growth.
At the age of 13 years old, Kass was pulled from home while on probation, for fighting with her mom about a shirt that had foul language on it. The allegations about being molested by her stepfather raised heads and caused the State of Colorado to revoke her probation and put her in a juvenile detention center to “keep her safe”. From then on, She bounced and ran away from group homes and foster care until she emancipated at the age of 17 years old. Life’s journey and many more traumatic experiences has given her the tools to help others and be a Warrior herself.
Kass has developed an understanding and empowerment through being vulnerable herself. She has worked in accounting, sales, property management and taxes for 10+ years. She continues to strive toward being an amazing, truthful, understanding speaker, listener and life coach through her own traumatic experiences and vulnerabilities. She recently gained her Personal Training Certification and is currently working on a couple more certifications to help herself and others on their journey.
Kass has explored vulnerability, self-love, and self-destruction which helps and gives her the ambition to build herself and others within our community. She was a Chapter Coordinator for a women’s alliance in Denver, Colorado. And hopes to create a community for both men and women alike that can be vulnerable and help others grow and overcome their mental and health habits due to trauma or just not knowing how or where to turn to establish a healthier lifestyle.
Kass is currently a Certified Trauma Informed Personal Trainer, Certified Breath Coach, and Trauma Aware Facilitator.
