Where It Began
A Story of Survival
At just 13, Kass was pulled from her home and placed into the system
after disclosing sexual abuse by her stepfather. The trauma,
betrayal, and systemic failures that followed shaped the fierce,
compassionate advocate she is today.
After years spent in group homes, detention centers, and running
from a world that didn’t understand her, she emancipated at 17,
vowing to be the person she never had growing up.
Turning Pain Into Purpose
Holding Space for Others
Today, Kass holds space for others to do the same. Her approach
is grounded in the belief that healing can be honest, practical,
compassionate, and deeply personal.
Through coaching, workshops, retreats, and healing sessions, she
helps people understand their patterns, regulate their nervous
systems, rebuild self trust, and create meaningful change.
Professional Experience
Real World Perspective
With over two decades of experience in corporate and entrepreneurial
settings, from accounting and sales to property management, Kass
combines real-world grit with embodied wisdom.
That experience allows her to support people through both emotional
healing and the practical decisions, habits, boundaries, and mindset
shifts that shape everyday life.
The Approach
Grounded, Spiritual & Somatic
Kass’s work brings together trauma-informed coaching, somatic
healing, breathwork, energy work, movement, emotional regulation,
mindset coaching, and practical wellness tools.
Every experience is designed to meet people where they are while
helping them build the confidence and clarity to move forward.
