This is a 6 week course and should only take 6 weeks. But do to the nature and that you may get triggered at times, take the time you need. Just make sure to circle back and start up again. You always have support from me and the community.

There will be zoom calls at minimum twice a month. You are always welcome to book a 1:1 with me. Shoot me an email at hello@inspiredwarriorproject.com. Or you can utilize the Inspired Warrior Project App to ask questions or get further support. The 1:1 is $111 each session should you decide to go that route.
