BREAKONING
Breaking free through deep self-awakening.
It’s more than healing.
It’s a reckoning.
A sacred journey back to yourself.
HEALING ISN’T EASY
First first step to healing is acknowledging that there may be something you want to heal. Second, is taking the steps to start the process.
When I first started my healing journey I didn’t know why I was even starting, I just felt broken and so unsure where to begin. But I know I needed to work through some things. I started with trauma therapy and EMDR. Then I went to a weekend retreat where everything came flowing to me and I have been working so hard ever sense there.
Now all I know is that I want to heal and break cycles that aren’t even mine to break. Sometimes they are generational. But whatever the case, I am healing. It has been so hard and so rewarding at the same time. I am learning who I am and who I want to be
The cycle ends with you.
And something transformational is landing soon.
Private. Intentional. Life-changing.
Who Is This for?
The Breakoning is for warriors (survivors) who are ready to move beyond just surviving and step into a deeper level of healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.
This space is for you if:
You’ve experienced sexual abuse, emotional trauma, or toxic relationships and are ready to heal in a safe, supportive environment.
You feel stuck in old trauma responses (like fight, flight, freeze, or fawn) and want to learn how to regulate and reconnect with your body.
You’ve done therapy or inner work but still find yourself cycling through pain, shame, or reactivity.
You’re craving connection, compassion, and community with others who get it.
You’re ready to set boundaries, rebuild trust, and remember who you are beyond your trauma.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF…
At The Inspired Warrior Project, we believe in integrity, emotional safety, and alignment. While The Breakoning is a powerful, healing journey for many, it may not be the right fit for everyone.
This group may not be for you if:
You are currently in active crisis or experiencing severe emotional dysregulation that would be better supported in a clinical therapy setting.
You are looking for licensed psychotherapy or medical treatment (this group is coaching- and support-based, not clinical or diagnostic).
You are not ready or willing to engage in group work, community-based healing, or somatic practices.
You are unwilling to respect others’ experiences, identities, or boundaries.
You are unable to commit to showing up for yourself and the group consistently across the 8 weeks.

MEET Nicholle
Nicholle is a licensed social worker, facilitator, and guide dedicated to helping people access their own wisdom to heal and empower themselves. She leads groups for incarcerated mothers, provides therapy, and uses restorative theatre practices to create spaces for self-discovery and transformation.
Beyond direct work with individuals, Nicholle has designed and leads professional development programs for adults, focusing on trauma-informed care, healing-centered engagement, and somatic joy. She believes that growth isn’t just about addressing pain—it’s about reconnecting with joy, intuition, and personal power. As an improv teacher, coach, and performer, she integrates play and spontaneity into her work, recognizing joy as a catalyst for profound change.
Her journey began in Cleveland, Ohio, where she grew up as an at-risk youth. As a theatre major at the Cleveland School of the Arts, she experienced firsthand the transformative power of storytelling and was deeply influenced by Paulo Freire’s Theatre of the Oppressed. Now, through her work with Mirror Image Arts and her therapeutic practice, she helps individuals reclaim their voice, embrace their strength, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
