What To Bring To YOUr Session
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye cover. For private sessions in my space, I have everything you need but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Water and lip balm are nice to have on hand
Be mindful about consuming alcohol or mind altering substances prior to session, as it can dull or limit the experience
Wear comfortable clothes
Bring a journal if you would like, for your personal insights and integration
Try not to eat a big meal 2-3 hours beforehand
Trust and relax
In addition, for Virtual Sessions:
Please set up your space - again I recommend a yoga mat, pillow, blanket(s), water, and eye cover. Lying on a bed is fine, just don't get too comfy so you don't immediately fall asleep.
Ensure your privacy and that you won't be interrupted by people or pets. Silence your devices, including any vibration.
Crystals, palo santo, incense, or anything you like to use to set your space are encouraged.
Headphones are recommended, to improve the quality of the sound and be more immersed in the experience. I will be playing music through zoom. A good speaker works as well.
I ask that you please keep your camera on, so that I can observe you during the practice and cue accordingly.
