The Love Herself Day Retreat will consist of the following:
2 Different Yoga
Whether you have taken a yoga class or If you have been curious about yoga and don’t want to walk into a class without any experience, this workshop is for you. It will be welcoming and a non-intimidating environment with no judgement.
-Brunch
Will have gluten free options and will request any food allergies before the event.
-Free Time/Girl Time (Get to know your new bestie)
Enjoy the hot tub or take in the scenery.
-Sharing Circle w/ Cacao
We will be in a circle sharing sacred plant medicine, journaling, setting intentions and connecting to our hearts with blissful Guatemalan ceremonial grade cacao.
We will have tea as well for those that don’t want to drink cacao.
-Breathwork
Breathwork is an therapeutic breathing practice and an active form of meditation that when used in a safe and intentional setting, can help with your emotional healing, personal growth, stress release, clarity, relaxation and rebalancing.
-Sound Bath
Sound Bath healing is a meditative practice involving the use of immersive sound that fills the room and the body. Sound baths aim to deepen relaxation, calm and allow you to let go of stress and anxiety.
