Join us at Shiki Dreams by Prismajic for a day of relaxation and creativity. This event is designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul. Come and experience a unique blend of wellness and art in a serene setting. Take this opportunity to unwind, connect with yourself, and be inspired. Combining breathwork, cacao, and immersive art creates a holistic environment for inner exploration and connection.
Breathwork can be profoundly transformative, allowing individuals to tap into deeper states of consciousness and release pent-up emotions or tension. It's a powerful tool for stress reduction and mental clarity.
Cacao has been used for centuries in ceremonial contexts for its heart-opening properties. It contains compounds that can enhance mood and create a sense of well-being, making it an ideal complement to breathwork and meditation practices.
Immersive art experiences engage multiple senses and invite participants to step into a world of creativity and imagination. Whether it's through visual art, music, or interactive installations, immersive art can evoke profound emotions and insights.

Agenda:
9am: Meet & Greet kick-off with awesome women & men
9:30-10:15 am: Immerse yourself in the power of breathwork, indulge in the richness of cacao. *healing elixer and hot tea available as well
10:30-11:`15 am: Let your senses wander through immersive art installations with a gorgeous provided journal + prompts.
11:15-12:00 pm: Sharing circle, snacks + healing elixir to connect over the powerful experience. *light snacks provided, more + cocktails/mocktails available for purchase
